What's the difference between a HHP Membership and Autopilot Monthly Plan?
The HHP Membership gives you access to our trusted network of vetted service providers, your dedicated concierge, and full project support—from small fixes to major renovations. It covers support and coordination, but not the cost of services.
The Put Your Home on AutoPilot™ Monthly Subscription includes all Membership benefits plus the actual services listed in your Autopilot plan—such as Your home runs itself. We handle routine maintenance and seasonal services before you even know you need them. One monthly fee. Zero chasing contractors. Designed for homeowners who want us to operate the home for them so it runs smoothly without their involvement. Includes these services throughout the year such as: Pest Control Unlimited, Seasonal HVAC Tune-ups, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Quarterly Handyman Visits, Pressure Washing, Gutter/Roof Debris Cleaning, Garage Door Tune-up, Crawl Space Assessment and Health Report, Insurance Review (Home, Auto, Flood)
During your welcome call, your dedicated Concierge will help personalize your plan around your home and lifestyle. We’ll also meet you for an in-home visit within the first 30 days, and you can add or remove services anytime.
Do I still have to pay for home services separately?
With Autopilot the cost of specific services are covered in your plan. If you are not on Autopilot your HomeHeroPro membership covers expert guidance, project coordination, and vetted pros—but the cost of a service is separate and depends on the scope of your project.
