What's the difference between a HHP Annual Membership and AutoPilot Monthly Subscription?
The HHP Annual Membership gives you access to our trusted network of vetted service providers, your dedicated concierge, and full project support—from small fixes to major renovations. It covers support and coordination, but not the cost of services.
The Put Your Home on AutoPilot™ Monthly Subscription includes all Annual Membership benefits plus the actual services listed in your Autopilot plan—such as Pest Control, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Quarterly Handyman Visits, Gutter/Roof Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Garage Door Tune-ups, Insurance Review, and more. You can also customize your Autopilot with additional services.
During your welcome call, your dedicated Customer Experience Manager will help personalize your plan around your home and lifestyle. We’ll also meet you for an in-home visit within the first 30 days, and you can add or remove services anytime.
Do I still have to pay for home services separately?
Yes. Your HomeHeroPro subscription covers expert guidance, project coordination, and vetted pros—but the cost of services depends on the scope of your project.
